Area Superintendent - Saudi Arabia

Main Objective

1. Plans, coordinates, and directs the construction work and construction subcontractor to meet all construction milestone dates.
2. Implements the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety and performance of construction to meet project objectives.
3. Assists the Area Manager to ensure correct implementation of the project construction specifications and standards.
4. The Area Superintendent will demonstrate a commitment to the Project EHS incident and injury free goal by his actions and his daily communication with others.
5. Ensure coordination of various activities between contractor and owner personnel.
6. Review in process activities and able to report that is executed in accordance with the drawings and specifications to the Construction Manager.
7. Also review craft-work assignment for accordance with establishment and local practices.

Requirements

1. 8 years experience.
2. Demonstrates potential skill on how he delivers or communicate the project status utilizing the project's system or database.
3. Excellent problem resolution and troubleshooting skills.
4. Strong organizational skills, judgment and flexibility.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Leadership skills / team player.
