Site Superintendent - Doha

Main Objective

1. Plans, coordinates, and directs the construction work and construction subcontractor to meet all construction milestone dates.
2. Implements the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety and performance of construction to meet project objectives.
3. Assists the Area Manager to ensure correct implementation of the project construction specifications and standards.
4. The Site Superintendent will demonstrate a commitment to the Project EHS incident and injury free goal by his actions and his daily communication with others.
5. Ensure coordination of various activities between contractor and owner personnel.
6. Review in process activities and able to report that is executed in accordance with the drawings and specifications to the Construction Manager.
7. Must have industrial building experience.
8. Also review craft-work assignment for accordance with establishment and local practices.

Requirements

1. 10 years experience with experience, with Airport experience an advantage.
2. Has experience on Building Services and MEP projects.
3. Candidates need to have an all round experience profile including Civil, MEP, Electrical & Special Systems experience.  
4. Experience with Access Control Points or Substations required.
5. Radar, CCTV, PIDS knowledge.
6. Demonstrates potential skill on how he delivers or communicate the project status utilizing the project's system or database
7. Excellent problem resolution and troubleshooting skills with strong organizational skills
8. Leadership skills / team player.
