Job Purpose Graduate Management Programme Reach for the skies with our Graduate Management Development Programme. This programme’s core aim is to ensure a continuous flow of talented leaders into Etihad, and to oversee their development through structured learning experiences in the many diverse disciplines of airline management. Programme Details The programme has been carefully designed to be delivered in four phases that will progressively build confidence and capability, as graduates progress through a series of practical (vocational) and academic challenges. These phases are: • Foundation studies • Rotational, work-based learning assignments • International work-based learning assignment at any one of Etihad Airways’   outstations (not compulsory) • A project with high business impact, before final assessment and   graduation • Upon successful completion of the programme, graduates will attain an internationally recognized and accredited post-graduate qualification. Requirements Minimum Entry Criteria: • Omani National • Age: 18 - 27 years old • Bachelor’s degree equivalent to 2.5 GPA and Above • Amongst top achievers • Must have the passion to work in the Aviation Industry • Excellent command of written and spoken English We look forward to your application with the World’s Leading Airline.
