Purpose
Manage the delivery of a comprehensive portfolio of HR Services to all employees across multiple countries in MEIA

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall Employee Life Cycle HR Service Delivery Model in Geo in alignment with global strategy
Assist in the implementation of a shared service
Lead the transistion of various services to an HR Shared Service

Desired Skills & Experience

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, human resources, organisational psychology or equivalent; Masters degree a plus.
- Member of professional HR association.
Experience
- Extensive experience (10 years) on all HR related disciplines with 5 to 8 years in a HR Shared Services environment accross a multi national area (ideally MEIA)
- At least 5 years experience in managerial roles which required interactions with senior management
- Experience working in complex, international/multi-cultural and fast moving environment
- Experience of working accross MEIA
- Payroll experience
- Sound HRIS management (reporting, audit, database management) is preferred
