Job Description
- Work closely with the Design Director developing suitable designs for projects and managing client expectations and briefs.
- Assume responsibility for and assist in the development of design concepts.
- Works on multiple projects and collaborate with team members in accordance with project expectations
- Prepare presentations and documentation for client, consultant and/or relevant parties.
- Illustrate experience in Contract Administration and Design Management on site
- Chair design team meetings and provide detailed site or design reports where necessary
- Visualise design ideas in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, Illustrator, physical model and/or other suitable media. Skill in drafting architectural plans and proven experience with Autocad is essential.
- Work with the presentation and 3D Visual Team to develop a concept sketch into a developed 3D design.
- Illustrate Knowledge of architecture and architectural principles, techniques and current regulations.
- Liaise with necessary consultants regarding the project and coordinate into Detail Design.
- Assists in preparation of Detailed Design Drawings for Tender
- Review and analysis BOQ and cost plans.
- Assists with construction document preparation.
- Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations.
- Reviews work of contractor, approving specified material, and quality of workmanship is in accordance to Construction drawings.
- Ensure the project is kept within programme and budget.
- Experience within the F&B and Interiors design industry is preferred
The company provides the following:
- 18,000 – 20,000 AED per month

Desired Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture Design or a relevant related discipline
- A proven track record in the Interior Design or Architectural industry – a minimum of 5 years’ post graduate experience is essential.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the UAE market
- Must be fluet in the English language – written and spoke
