Qualifications and skills
- He/she must have a a professional qualification such as ICAN/CIPFA/ACCA or equivalent with specific professional experience of at least ten (10) years in technical/forensic audits.
- Specific experience of at least eight (8) years is required in audits (forensic or technical) of public infrastructure.
- He/she must have an excellent knowledge in assessing contractor's claim, arbitrations, pre-litigation and out of court settlement of international contract matters would be an advantage.
- Experience with EDF contract is also highly recommended.
- A very good knowledge of written and spoken English is compulsory. A passive understanding of the Dutch language would be an asset. He/she must be computer literate.
Languages skills: Proficiency in English.
