Sales Manager - China Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts

DUTIES
  • Implements all sales action plans related to China market as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Attends major travel functions (ie trade shows and promotional events) and advise DOS /DOSM of latest updates.
  • Responsible for driving for business development of China market segment covering China.
  • Responsible to host FAM trips and hotel inspection
  • Constantly review direct competition for market intelligence.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Have a basic degree or dimploma in hotel management
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Manager in rooms sales and handling wholesale agents
  • Possess leadership qualities and strong negotiation skills
  • Must be able to read and write Chinese or Putonghua and English
