DUTIES
- Implements all sales action plans related to China market as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Attends major travel functions (ie trade shows and promotional events) and advise DOS /DOSM of latest updates.
- Responsible for driving for business development of China market segment covering China.
- Responsible to host FAM trips and hotel inspection
- Constantly review direct competition for market intelligence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have a basic degree or dimploma in hotel management
- Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Manager in rooms sales and handling wholesale agents
- Possess leadership qualities and strong negotiation skills
- Must be able to read and write Chinese or Putonghua and English
