To be an independent elite who reports to Business Assurance Manager. To carry out essential credit assurance functions objectively from pre-approval, at-approval and post-approval stages that could enhance quality standards of BCA and speed up TAT.
•To perform quality assurance pre-submission checks on BCA, which promote a reasonable degree of BCA quality to reduce reworks and improve TAT
•To provide sight visits to customers
•To build up robust post loan monitoring control in SME business
Key Roles & Responsibilities
•To undertake quality credit sight visits for CAD customers and cover MTL customers in those districts that are out of (or inadequate) vendors’ coverage, within an acceptable TAT.
•To be the source of reference within the responsible region in facilitating and promoting the understanding and adherence of pre/post loan monitoring controls mechanism such as INFIC, CDD, PBOC 5-loan Classification Quarterly Reviews, 3M1G loan evidence, covenant compliance and any other forms of loan monitoring controls when required by local regulations or by credit or COE.
•To provide on-ground support for internal audit and compliance review.
Key Measurable:
•Report credit Risks and Losses in timely manner
•Satisfactory results on audit undertaken by GIA, IAA and regulators for loan monitoring controls
•Reduced 3M1G overdue loan evidence collection
•Reduced overdue and error rates in covenant testing and PBOC Quarterly Review
•Reduced rework rates due to technical errors for BCA approval
•Improved CAD approval SV TAT and quality of SV.
Qualifications & Skills
•Fluent English verbal and written communication skills, native in Mandarin.
•Proficient in office software, e.g. Word, Excel and Power Point.
•Good at using Internet and other network application software.
•Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
•Preferable if candidate has experience in big 4 or banking industry.
