Role
As HR Business Partner you will be aligned to specific business units where you are an integral member of the senior management team. Your role within this team is to provide expert technical advice, pro-actively drive cultural and organisational change and influence stakeholders to ensure pragmatic effective people solutions.

Requirements
You’ll have substantial experience working as an HR Business Partner in a large complex organisation and will have strong technical skills across the full range of HR activities. We need your demonstrable strong people management skills and leadership capability within a team and across functions.
