Relationship Manager - Global Venue Management Team in LSSC

Key Roles & Responsibilities

To manage the venue management team to execute the end to end activities from booking venues for learning programmes across all geographies, accomodation for trainers, ensuring contracts are signed and maintained for all venue bookings; billing is done as per the bookings and all processes are adhered to and executed effectively, efficiently and with zero error.
- Understand business requirements and ensure all the above activities are executed as per the agreed business agreements
- Ensure all processes are documented and risk mitigated

Qualifications & Skills

Any professional from the hospitality industry preferably
10 - 12 years of experience with experience working with international clien
Good communication skills both written and spoken
Customer centricity
Excel skills
