We're looking for a Contract Entry Administrator to join Talent Accounting in BBC Worldwide, the commercial arm of the BBC. BBC Worldwide maximises the BBC's assets for the benefit of the licence fee payer by creating, acquiring, developing and exploiting media content and brands around the world. We also focus on creating value from BBC content and showcasing British talent both in the UK and international markets. This is offered as a 6 month fixed term contract.

Role
Reporting to the Contract Entry Co-ordinator this role’s main purposes are to interpret information from the Commercial Rights Department (CRD) and other sources to set-up contracts on BBCW’s royalty system, CASPAR, as well as dealing with contributor queries on royalty payments

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse complex contracts and large volumes of data accurately and in a timely manner. You’ll be a team player, willing to assist colleagues and contributors alike. You'll demonstrate initiative and the ability learn new computer systems quickly. Good Excel skills are essential in this role.
