Job Description
•To manage Trade Service Qingdao team and support GSSC to ensure the qualified platform to support the business expansion.•To ensure the adherence of all operational policies, procedures, service standards, performance measurements and staffing in Trade Qingdao team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
•Timely and accurate resolution to all customer enquiries on Import and Export Trade services and products.
•Control the processing quality on all trade products involved GSSC processing to meet customers’ total needs, and that continued effort is made to exceed customer’s expectation.
•To provide support and monitor investigation cases handled by Hub Centre, through satisfactory resolution with the customer. Ensure the irregular cases be settled timely and properly.
•Be authorized to perform DSIMS scanning release.
•To verify, control and monitor Group and the local regulatory report/return are submitted timely and exactly correct.
•AML report of PBOC.
•Ensure the team to comply with the Money Laundering Prevention Requirement and the Code of Conduct.
•Identify and report the unusual or possible suspicious customer activity promptly.
•Be in charge of the local regulatory reporting system i.e. Banking Loan Registration and Investigation System.
•Timely and accurate resolution to all customer enquiries on Trade, CMS and cash counter related services and products.
•Periodically to do job rotation and take mandatory leave as per annual leave policy.
•Be familiar with BCP plan and test periodically.
•Attend and finish internal and external training to be skilled and qualified for the job.
•Safe keep and register business chops, user Id password and critical vouchers, follow handover policy if applicable.
Qualifications & Skills
•College/University degree
•More than 8 years in Bank Trade working experience
•Knowledge in PBOC/SAFE/CBRC regulations
•Good experiences and knowledge in Trade service
•Creativeness in generating constructive new ideas
•Good command of both written and spoken English
•Organizing skills and Interpersonal skills
•Computer skills
•Familiar with UCP600/ISBP/URC522 and CNY/FCY clearing knowledge
