Large Auditing Firm has a position for a Senior Financial Clerk. Only South African citizens, who are suitably qualified, live in the applicable area and meet the requirements of the position are eligible to apply for this vacancy.

This successful Company urgently requires a meticulous, analytical and experienced Bookkeeper with experience in thefull financial function.

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate
• Must be in possession of a tertiary diploma or degree in accounting
• Must be computer literate with extensive experience on Excel and Pastel
• Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience 
• Preparation of all Financial statements
• Preparing monthly profit and loss accounts and trial balance
• Monitoring and analyzing sale figures
• Knowledge and experience in VAT and TAX functions, transactions and calculations (all statutory returns)
• Manage Creditors accounts and books
• Set up of monthly cash flow
• Liaise with Suppliers
• Invoicing of clients
• Reconciling all inter-cashbook accounts
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Reconciliation of salary control accounts
• Must have experience in all functions related to accounting
• Prepare payroll, PAYE and UIF
