BBC Worldwide is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our Brands, Consumers & New Ventures division to provide support to the Finance Manager in implementing and managing effective financial reporting and controls in an expanding business and implementing best practice. This role is a three month fixed term contract and is based in our Media Centre, West London.
We are keen to fill this position as quickly as possible and hope to hold interviews on 6th/7th February.

Role
You’ll assist the Finance Managers of four businesses (Digital Partnerships, Brands, Magazines, and Direction) by providing finance support leading up to year end. Supporting the Finance Manager you’ll manage a range of responsibilities from recording and reporting all transactions, raising invoices and PO’s and Reconciling monthly balance sheets. Duties may change over time, depending on the needs of the division and the respective workloads of the finance team.

Requirements
Studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (ideally CIMA, ACA or equivalent) you’ll have experience working in a multi-site or multi-national business. With excellent time management skills you’ll successfully juggle multiple tasks at any one time. You’ll have experience working with stakeholders and managing their queries. Overall you’ll be a good team player.
