Job Description
•To process trade transactions of specific country or countries efficiently and accurately.•To fully observe the laid down procedures and service standard when completing the transactions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1.Processing transactions in IMEX / I – Factor prescribed products accurately and efficiently in accordance with the customer instructions and according to the banks operational instructions to protect both the customers and Bank’s interest.
2.Responsible for L/C opening/amendment, SBLC/Guarantee issuance/amendment, Transfer L/C , import documents handling , Invoice discounting (FCY), and other Import products.
3.Make effort to improve personal productivity and output level. To achieve established standard.
4.Understand the risks associated with Products Processing and ensure that they are minimized.
5.Understand the Banks operational risk standard underlying operating process and follow them carefully.
6.Responsible for Import daily/Monthly/quarterly return, especially for monthly Group return, SAFE reporting for FX transactions, Large amount and Suspicious Transaction Reporting etc.

1.Achieve the processing turnaround standards as stipulated in the Service Level Agreements and meeting productivity standards in terms of processing efficiency and accuracy of output.
2.Meeting of own performance objectives and contribute in achieving the team’s objectives.
3.Compliance with bank and regulatory requirements
