The Project Manager Coffee Industry Support Project (CISP) is responsible for project start up and ongoing management of the project. The Project Manager will be responsible for finalising the project design document and piloting initial activities during project start-up and mobilisation. After recruiting a small project team the Project Manager will ensure sound technical support to the project together with a strong focus on CARE PNG financial, programmatic and human resource processes. The Project Manager will ensure project implementation through the lens of CARE’s Women’s Empowerment Framework including the development of effective approaches to ensure the engagement of men.
