Payroll accuracy:-

1. Ensuring compliance as per SLA and agreed DOI and 100 accuracy in deliverables.
2. Constant efforts to minimize SPE
3. Input process control and first level checks pre-pay run and validation.
4. Enhancement of validations and controls to ensure value addition to the process and ensure accuracy


TAT adherence:-

1. Review and sign off on payroll calendar and schedule of activities with all stakeholders
2. Timely Query Resolution as per SLA; Tracking the same regularly
3. Effective and quick resolution on Outservelog Cases
4. Finalization of all payrolls and completion of reconciliations one day in advance

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibility:-

1. The person should take the end to end responsibility and the entire ownership for the process handled.
2. Understanding of country policy and statutory requirements completely
3. Actively participating in Team engaging activity and providing valuable suggestions and contributing towards improving the team engagement.
4. The resource should be competent to handle both making and checking responsibility during team absence or exigency.
5. Migrate all payroll related activities (for e.g. validations, reconciliation, etc) handled in country (if any)
6. Adhering to the shift timings.

Year end activity / Statutory Reporting: Effective completion of all annualized activities.

BCP/DR, Change requests, new upgrades, data archival to be taken into accountability
Measures and Targets:-

Internal Reporting:
Dashboard & other payroll reporting’s

Documentation:
1. Ensuring regular monthly KCSA to verify adequacy of control standards; constant update of the standards to mitigate risk to the maximum extent possible.
2. completing the End to End documentation and when ever the need for any change in process steps arises, revise the DOI along with sign off from the respective stake holders
3. Process Risk Analysis, Periodic Review and update of the PRA document of all the processes.
4. Updates and review of documents to be tracked accurately
5. Payroll checklist should signed at the time of payroll and updating the check list if any additional points is included
6. The role holder is required to adhere to risks and control measures administered from time to time


Process Improvements:-

1. The role holder is responsible for process standardization.
2. Process change Initiative, improvement using automation
3. The role holder is expected to exhibit hands-on skill in interpretation of input to output process for the country specific processes, adherence to statutory, social security and taxation for respective country(s).
4. Focus and support technological enhancements as per group standards and BAU requirements

Relationship - Internal & External:-

Proactive approach:-

1. Foreseeing an issue and proactively addressing the same
2. Foreseeing an issue and keeping all stakeholders informed up-front
3. Timely escalation

Qualifications & Skills

B.com, M.com, MBA Finance .
3 to 4 years experiance in Payroll domine
