- Set a project management process in order to achieve agreed target dates for deliveries.
- Design Coordination in order to meet the client requirement.
- Undertake a high end fit out process to meet the required special finishes.
- Coordination between Clients, Project Managers and Designers.
- Coordinated between consultants, principals, designers, site engineers, contractors from concept design to completion and handover.
- Negotiated with contractors and sub-contractors terms and conditions of contracts. Visited their factories and arranged for timely delivery of materials and manpower.
- Arranged approvals from local authorities such as Electricity board (DEWA), Municipality (DM) and Dubai Civil Defense. As well as mall approvals.
- Managed timely completion high brand boutiques all on going at the same time.
- Arranged manpower, materials and work permits for maintenance.
- Managed and completed all pending snagging issues from previous projects.
- Managed and coordinated between teams of principals, designers, site engineers, contractors and consultants from concept design to completion and handover.
- Successfully coordinated and achieved approvals from local authorities such as Electricity board (DEWA), Municipality (DM) and Civil Defense.
- Successfully managed multimillion dollar projects in conjunction with major developments in Dubai.
- Conducted constant liaison with project managers, architects, draftsmen, production, procurement, finance and account departments as well as coordination and follow up with sub-contractors.
- Monitored production progress for each project through the factory. Checked all the drawings for production. Signed all material requisition orders and checked their quality and delivery schedule for production. Checked the final quality of manufactured items before dispatch and after installation on site.
- Developed all related documentation and quality control procedures for projects on hand. Prepared regular progress reports for weekly project management meetings.
- Successfully managed many concurrently running prestigious projects from conceptual stage through production and timely installation on site.
