Channel Finance Manager (Operation Finance)

DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

Position Overview:
This position will assume principal finance support to two functions; commercial leadership (for all sales channels except for food service) and customer leadership (Over the counter (OTC)). Main objective will be to support initiatives lead by commercial leadership function by providing timely, relevant and accurate financial analysis and insights. Also, assist Customer Leadership to appropriately manage shared DME budget as well as monitoring of Coca-Cola Customer Marketing Company, Limited (CCCMC) performance to support solving issues where necessary.


Key Duties/Responsibilities:
【Finance support for commercial leadership function】
・Assist commercial keadership function in key business initiatives as well as Strategic Business Plan (SBP), Executional Business Plan (EBP), and other channel planning process to facilitate improved decision making
・Track the monthly performance by channel and understand the latest market movements to help identify issues where management attention is required
・ Support commercial leadership on financial analysis in their commercial initiatives to enable improved portfolio management for the system
・ Provide financial analysis for Capital Programs such as cash flow / ROI analysis, and also closely monitor the budget by tracking bottler monthly equipment placement plan during the yea

【Finance support for customer leadership function】
・ Support customer leadership function on ad-hoc programs with Coca-Cola Customer Marketing Company Limited (CCCMC) and understand financial implication to ensure system profitability
・ Attend in routine meetings with Coca-Cola Customer Marketing Company, Limited (CCCMC) (e.g.monthly Rolling Estimate meeting) to understand current issues  and assist customer leadership function in solving the issue where necessary
・ Understand bottler and system financials to identify opportunities for Coca-Cola system
・ Track shared DME spend to ensure the expenses are committed at an appropriate timing

Supervisory Responsibilities:
・ No (Individual Contributor)

Language Capability:
・ Native Level of Japanese
・ Business Level of English

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required:
・ 3-7 years of experience in financial accounting or financial planning & analysis
・ Excel and PowerPoint skill

Minimum Educational Requirements:
・ University degree –at least 4 year university degree
