Key Account Manager-McDonald's

DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

Position Overview:
Drive KO revenue and McDonald's revenue & profits by devising relevant strategies and programs resulting in achieving the business targets and a strong strategic partnership. Connect KO system strategic priorities with customers plan to ensure profitable growth. Provide best practices and ad hoc support to QSR channel KAMs at the bottlers.        


  • Develop local business plans to ensure that programs, products and services are consistent with agreed upon strategies and standard.

  • Develop local initiatives & programs to build relationships with McDonald's.

  • Build and manage the budget.

  • Communicate objectives, policies, priorities to region & bottler; gain input and cooperation with respect to execution of local plans.

  • Optimize the partnership with McDonald's country operations to deliver accelerated volume growth.

  • Interface with Region General Manager and Commercial Operations Director

  • Interface with McDonald's President, Managing Directors, key marketing, purchasing, operations, quality, public relation and training personnel.

  • Interface with The McDonald's Group (TMG) of The Coca-Cola Company.

  • Monthly report to TMG & management.

  • Monthly sales reports to TMG for Atlanta.

  • Update Relationship Maps.

  • Coordinate TMG to input to objectives & performance appraisal.

  • KBI reporting, tracking and analyzing to TMG.

  • Sales Call Plans & Meeting Reports (Before & After).

  • Analysis and presentation of KBI data to McDonald's management team.

  • Prepare and track Business Plan progress

  • Tracking and improving drink quality.

  • Lead and coordinate quality soft drink knowledge generator to McDonalds'

  • Quarterly present Business Plan to McDonald's

  • Quarterly present Quality maintenance and Technical performance to McDonald's.

  • Coordinate with McDonald's Delivery center for ordering process.

  • Coordinate with Bottler and region technical and QA for the support.
