As part of the growing portfolio of work that we undertake around the world, we are seeking to identify a suitably qualified Team Leader who would be interested in a long-term consultancy assignment in Pakistan. The role will be based in Pakistan (Islamabad and Karachi).
In particular we are looking for individuals with the following experience:

- Masters Degree (or equivalent) in economics, public finance, law, public administration or related subject;
- At least ten years experience in Public Financial Management reform issues in developing and / or transition countries;
- At least 5 years experience as a Team Leader / Programme Manager within the management and implementation of projects in the field of Public Financial Management reform in developing and / or transition countries;
- Hands on experience in working with beneficiary organisations in institutional capacity building;
- Demonstrated experience of policy work and of providing advice at senior / high levels.
