Bloomberg's Global Facilities team is looking for a Facilities Manager in Warsaw with proven experience in the industry to join the team helping support our wide network of offices, working with the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) facilities team to support our staff requirements in this sector.
Responsibilities include contract management, budget management, project management support, maintenance management for the assigned location/s. The site manager will work alongside the Bloomberg Purchasing team responsible for co-coordinating local tendering and mobilization of service support contracts, and our London based facility team for technical issues and project management. Other responsibilities include ensuring the office, its staff and activities comply with local Health and Safety and any other legislation, invoices/account management and cost control, property and general office management to support various department business needs.
Requirements:
-Related degree in Facilities and / or Building management
-Fluency in Polish, English, and other languages a plus
-Membership to a recognized institute of Facilities Management
-A Health and Safety qualification, UK NEBOSH general certificate or local Equivalent as a minimum
-Proven Experience in managing facilities in office environments
-Experience in project management
-Proven experience in effective budget control and financial planning
-Strong time management and communication skills
-Travel may be required
