FX Derivatives Market Specialist - Sao Paulo

The Role:
Bloomberg is looking for a qualified Foreign Exchange Derivative professional to join our growing market specialist group in our Sao Paolo, Brazil office. Applicants should possess a deep body of knowledge and experience in the Foreign Exchange Markets. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, comfortable in a demanding, client-driven environment.
Responsibilities will include:
-Providing high-level analytical expertise to clients, our sales force, and product developers
-Directly impacting sales by on-site meetings with clients and prospects where you can present unique Bloomberg solutions
-Influencing the direction of our product by providing feedback to Bloomberg's business managers on user demand, market practices and product enhancements
-Furthering the knowledge of our sales force through intensive internal training and seminars
-Educate clients by presenting at local and regional seminars, professional market events and industry conferences
-Discuss option strategies, hedging and volatility with buy and sell side clients
Qualifications:
-Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; fluency is Spanish is highly preferred
-Minimum of seven years of experience in the FX Markets
-Substantial experience in FX derivatives, including forwards, NDFs, and OTC options
-Experience in sales is desirable
-Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
-Exemplary presentation, training and communication skills
-Willing to travel extensively
