Team
The ICT team is responsible for maintaining the ICT infrastructure and providing support while continuously seeking to improve ICT within the organisation. The team maintains IT services, software, mobile phones, 50 workstations and various technical installations for a number of projects. The ICT team is responsible for providing high-quality workstations in a cost-efficient way. It also acts as a Help Desk and provides technical support to other teams within Fairfood. Currently the ICT team consists of one (1) ICT Manager and two (2) ICT Technicians.

Tasks
The ICT Technicians works for the ICT Manager for the day-to-day tasks. As ICT Technician you will provide (ICT) support for the Fairfood International departments. Specifically this means you will;

- Create accounts for new employees,
- Exchange server handling,
- Manage the Firewall,
- Enhance the ICT security,
- Repair hardware,
- And do others tasks which will be assigned by the ICT Manager.

Profile
For ICT Technician you will need a “MBO (level 4)” level of working and thinking. You have;

- Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft technologies,
- Preferably knowledge on Open Source Software,
- And, of course, a close affinity with Fairfood’s goals.

For ICT Technician you will need a “MBO (level 4)” level of working and thinking. You have;

What we offer?
This is an unpaid position which is also suited as an internship. You will get viable working experience in this particular field of work and at an NGO. We offer an extremely versatile position within a young international organisation. You will have the freedom and opportunity to continue developing yourself and achieve tangible results. We value our employees and we fully recognise that flexibility in the amount of working hours might be important for you. We do expect, however, that you will work a minimum of sixteen hours a week for at least one month.
