Salary from £23,537 - £26,457 per annum inclusive.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Student Recruitment Office at LSE offering you the chance to join a successful team at one of the world’s leading academic institutions.
The Student Recruitment Office encompasses the work of two teams (Widening Participation and Student Recruitment) which are made up of 18 staff. It is responsible for the development, delivery and monitoring of a range of recruitment and WP activities and publications and provides information to prospective applicants around the world via email, the website and printed materials.
The Student Recruitment Administrator is responsible for managing enquiries from prospective applicants and providing administrative support for the office. You will manage the office reception, support recruitment activities and ensure the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis. You will also provide executive assistance to the Deputy Academic Registrar (Recruitment and Admissions).
You will need previous administrative experience working in a busy office environment, excellent oral and written communication skills and good IT skills. A customer-focussed approach, the ability to work effectively as part of a team and an understanding of the UK higher education system are also essential.
