Job Description
- Manage the supply chain activity and coordinate test production
- Manage internal quality issues relating to plant upset or logistic handling
- Coordinate external quality issue such as customer complaints
- Coordinate and manage cost down activity and items required by customers
- Coordinate and support quality-related matters to ensure quality compliance
- Manage and guide the work of the Supply Chain Executive
- Enhance the procedures and systems for supply chain work and share them with related parties
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or Chemistry-related field
- At least 5 years of experience in handling supply chain operations and quality management activities, preferably in a chemical plant or polymer production
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of ERP software application such as SAP
- Independent and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
- Japanese proficiency will be an added advantage
