You will be responsible for leading the laboratory team in delivering sequencing services using a variety of platforms including Illumina iScan, High throughput QPCR and NGS platforms such as Illumina HiSeq and Roche GS-FLX. You will play a pivotal in consulting with customers and collaborators as well as be a company representative at scientific meetings and conferences. As the technical expert you will be expected to keep up top date with the latest trends and technologies.
Desired Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you must have a relevant degree, ideally PhD, in Biology or Genetics etc. This will be coupled with strong lab based experience in industry or in a post doc position. Any experience working in a regulated QA / QC environment would be highly desirable.
