ICT Analyst (12 month contract)

£27,987 per annum
Sightsavers has an exciting opportunity for an ICT Analyst to join its infrastructure team on a 12 month contract. This new role will assist in maintaining and developing the ICT infrastructure, acting as a main point within the team for incident/problem logging.  The post holder will manage relationships with key business users and vendors, ensuring delivery of high quality ICT services.  Experience of SharePoint 2010, Global telephony & Disaster Recovery planning and implementation is desirable.    
The ideal candidate will have experience of networking in a geographically dispersed Microsoft environment and preferably will hold relevant vocational / technical qualifications like a MCSE or equivalent.  Experience of working in a team to support users and systems in a variety of locations, both national and international, will be vital to this role.  You will have excellent communication skills, a good eye for detail, be capable of meeting deadlines and have good customer care skills.
