ROLE OUTLINE
A hands-on Project Manager is required with the ability to lead a variety of projects effectively (including multidiscipline and subconsultants) and of a standard to satisfy or exceed client requirements. 

To work as part of the Project Management team in accordance with company procedures and provide guidance to less experienced project managers.  

Activities will include all aspects of project management from start to finish including quality control, financial duties - including cost control, reporting, programming, health and safety aspects, client and stakeholder liaison, and other tasks related to the flexible delivery of the office requirements.

The role will also include business development and bid management including putting together multidiscipline bids with minimal guidance. 

The role involves a variety of sectors including the nuclear sector.

We are looking for a keen, progressive, versatile individual who can adopt a flexible approach to their role to provide support to all teams across the office as workload dictates.  An individual who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is delivered correctly and accurately and on time which may include working outside of normal office hours.

  • Demonstrable management experience
  • Demonstrable strong experience in project management
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in technical area
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Project change control experience
  • Degree level or equivalent experience
  • Flexible and versatile
  • Team player
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Take responsibility for accurate delivery of own tasks
  • IT literate and proficient use of standard Microsoft Office software packages
  • Driving licence
  • Previous nuclear experience would be beneficial but is not essential to the role
  • Suitability for security clearance is essential
