successful candidate will work as Service Design Manager and offers a
unique opportunity to become a part of an international company in

a global agile and secure computing environment for our global services
to be built upon. We work along the lines of ITIL and in the team we
are mainly focused on the Service Design of the Global Infrastructure.
You
will have the opportunity to develop and maintain our security
architecture for the company’s global infrastructure which spans several
continents and reaches remote regions of the world. You will work with
the constant improvement, risk assessment and implementation of
contemporary technical security measures.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour main focus area will be to:
- Drive the Infrastructure Security & Compliance Strategy.
- Drive
the development and maintenance of the security roadmap and technical
landscape map in alignment with Group and Maersk Oil strategies
- Drive
and ensure compliance to appropriate IT/IS governance, policies,
procedures and SLAs through validation, continuous monitoring, periodic
checks and regular report compilation.
- Designing security architectures
- Proactively
review, initiate and support the development of existing infrastructure
components for compliance and security issues to avoid or mitigate risk
- Ensures design and implementation of infrastructure and business services to provide confidentiality, integrity and availability
- Embedding of key architecture principles and controls within the design phase of projects and change
- Working
with Enterprise Architects & Service Design Managers to ensure
appropriate technical security controls are designed within the IT
projects
- Liaising between ‘Security
Operating Centre’ members and other departments on vulnerabilities,
risks and issues to help keep technical and architectural security
optimized.
Who we are looking for |
To
be a successful candidate you must be must be service minded,
self-motivating and able to balance time and resources. You are most
likely currently working designing, deploying and/or managing enterprise
security technologies and services such encryption, endpoint security
and network security.
We expect that you have a BSc or MSc in a
Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline and more than 5
years experience with security architecture in a similar company.
Furthermore, you have one or more appropriate technical industry
certifications (i.e. CISSP, CISM, INFOSEC, RHCE/MSCP, CCSP/CCNP-S, CEH)
and knowledge of Information Security procedures and controls –
preferably documented with COBIT and ITIL certification. A demonstrated
track record in successfully delivering complex projects on time and
within budget – potentially with PRINCE2/PMI certification would be
preferred. You posses both depth and breath – this includes a
working knowledge of specific IT technologies such as server and client
operating systems (Linux and Windows) as well as networking – as well as
knowledge of complex IT Infrastructures and industrial control systems
integral to information security. This includes and are not limited to
storage, server, workstation, physical security, access control, CCTV
and more modern Internet based architectures.
All this knowledge
comes alongside a good understanding of information & data
management and security technologies and principles which you are able
to communicate effectively and translate from the IT Security Risk
Assessment to Business Risk. On a more tactical level you and are
able to liaise with IT Operational Teams and coordinate rapid response
and solutions when required as well as keep the head cool and
communicate with external parties and higher management professionally.
The
working language is English, hence good communication skills and
proficiency in both written and spoken technical English is required. |
