QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Advanced level of English, both oral and written - Advanced university degree in gender and development, sociology, social sciences or other relevant field of studies - At least 10 years working on gender and development, in which, proven experience in specific gender, climate change and disaster risk reduction interventions in a developing country, including Viet Nam. - Proven work experience in Viet Nam, particularly with Viet Nam Women’s Union - Experience in workshop facilitation - Good technical and analytical skills with excellent communications skills
