• Job Responsibility:

  To execute Compliance strategy and plan of action on various policy and regulatory issues such as policy direction, access and funding mechanism, commissions, agreements and license renewal based on the regulatory and business context
  
  
  To review, analyse and propose improved regulatory policy conditions (e.g. licensing; KYC policy) aimed at expanding scope & opportunities and reducing compliance risk for the business
  
  
  To recommend and submit strategic paper to the introduction of new policies, rules and regulations that have an impact on the business and industry.
  
  
  To ensure Digital Services day to day compliance to all policy and regulatory requirements such as KYC design, process of collection, store and handover.
  
  
  To train and develop team members and business partners on regulatory and compliance issues.
  
  
  To define and execute a process to identify legal, contractual, policy and regulatory requirement
  To maintain a catalogue of legal and regulatory requirements
  
  
  
  

• Educational Qualification :

  Graduation/Post Graduation Degree from a reputed national or foreign university

• Job Requirements :

  • * Age : NA
  • * Experience in related field minimum 6 year(s)

• Additional Requirements :

  Experience in Bank/Money transfer agency or telecom will be an added advantage
  
  
  A positive attitude for coalition building with cross functional key members to achieve the company's business objectives
  
  
  Very good communication skill both in oral and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
  
  
  Ability to challenge the status quo and any conflicting business interest
  
  
  Understanding on AML/ CFT and other financial regulatory terms.
  
  
  Good understanding in telecom regulation and country regulatory environment for digital Service.
