- Supervises and directs the activities of assigned personnel in the Quantity Surveying unit. Performs supervisory duties and exercises financial authority at the level established by management for the position.
- Represents Contracts section on construction sites to monitor and provide contract related and cost control advice to our client´s site representatives and other project personnel with respect to cost and contractual implications of changes in specifications during revisions, changes in site working conditions, etc.
Candidates Requirements -
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor (Associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - ARICS) or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years relevant quantity surveying experience, on capital engineering construction and building projects, the greater percentage of which must have been spent on site.
- Fluency in English Language.
