Role
The ideal candidate will be motivated, have a positive, enthusiastic can-do attitude with a determined approach. You’ll be an experienced journalist with the simple aim of producing the best speech breakfast show on the radio.

Requirements
You will have the ability to write short, striking, conversational cues to very tight deadlines. The breakfast show producer job is a key role within BBC Surrey. You will be adept at handling those around you and will know how to motivate a small team to deliver the show that you want. You will have an understanding of the presenter/producer dynamic and your first commitment will be delivering the best possible product to the listeners. Experience of studio producing a live programme would be an advantage.
