About the role
Reporting to the Group Learning and Development Manager, the objective of this key role is to provide efficient and effective administration support to the Institute’s ongoing Learning & Development function.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Co-ordinate Learning & Development activities with internal and external stakeholders and participants; ensuring appropriate planning and scheduling of training events and e-learning courses
  • Manage enquiries regarding courses and resources, enrolments, participant communications, supervisor communications and cancellations for the Coffey Institute
  • Up-load and maintain all program enrolment and attendance data into the Coffey Institute software (People Logic & CHRIS)
  • Generate regular reports (e.g. People Logic, Survey Monkey) from various records management systems to provide for key stakeholders on an on-going basis
  • Compile course feedback for each training activity and prepare certificates for attendees
  • Maintain the Coffey Institute intranet site ensuring material is current, relevant and professional
  • Develop and document internal processes and procedures for the effective and efficient coordination of Learning & Development activities
  • Format, print, bind and collate training materials such as participant manuals and course pre-work
About You
Ideally you will have;
  • Demonstrated experience in providing support to a Human Resources and/or Learning & Development function within a large company
  • Completion of, or study towards a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
  • An appreciation and passion for the impact of Learning & Development within a corporate environment 
  • Intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience within a professional services or corporate business environment
  • Experience providing superior customer service  
  • A desire to develop your career in Learning & Development or a broader HR discipline
