【職務内容】
EMCジャパンがビジネス上注力をしており、お客様からの需要が高いマネージド・サービス部門での採用です。
当該部門として提供している２種類のサービスビジネス（内製化支援サービス、オペレーション支援サービス）のうち、内製化支援サービスの担当者として、お客様のITインフラ運用の支援、及びコンサルテーションを行って頂きます。原則として、お客様先での常駐形態でのサービス提供となります。サービスの提供を通じてお客様が抱える課題をいち早く正しく認識し、その解決に向けてEMCとしてできることを他部門と協力して模索することにより、新たなビジネスチャンスに繋げることが求められます。またシステム運用面のスペシャリストとして、お客様の良き相談役となれることが必要です。
＜主な業務＞
- ITインフラ管理サービスのサービス・デリバリー、及び、管理者
- お客様先でのITインフラ運用管理業務全般の実施、実施指導
- お客様のITインフラに関する課題点の解決/提案
- ITインフラの構成管理、構成変更管理の実施指導
- ITインフラ性能管理、キャパシティ管理の実施、実施指導
- ストレージ・バックアップ運用管理の実施、実施指導
- ITILをベースとしたITインフラ運用管理のベストプラクティスの提供、およびお客様のシステム運用プロセスの改善提案
- 予算管理、工数管理
Desired Skills & Experience
【応募資格】
＜必須要件＞
- 関連分野での５～８年の経験のある方
- ５年以上のUNIX、Linux, Windowsサーバーのシステム構築、管理の経験をお持ちの方
- 商用環境でのシステム運用における実務経験のある方
- 基本的なサーバー、ネットワークの知識のある方
- 高専、大卒（理系）または同等の能力を有する方
＜あれば尚可＞
- ストレージ（SAN,NAS)に関わる運用経験のある方
- プロジェクト管理経験のある方
- 日常会話レベルの英語力（目安： TOEIC600程度） ※必須ではありません。
