FINCA International i s looking for an HRIS Implementation Specialist - Trainer. S/he will play a key role in helping change initiatives to meet business, schedule, and budget objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead communication and training of HCM specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation of a PeopleSoft HCM implementation;
- Define and apply a structured organization change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts;
- Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change;
- Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns;
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner;
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience;
- Expertise requires more than 10 years of experience with at least 2-3 full life cycle implementation;
- Strong extensive working knowledge of PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM application to include module 8-10 years of PeopleSoft HR/Ben and Time & Labor experience;
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts in large, complex, multifaceted organizations;
- Experience leading organization change in enterprise-based initiatives;
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
