The Role:

The purpose of this position is to set overall marketing objectives & strategies/plans for the business with direct responsibilities towards Brands, Market share and profits.

Accountabilities:

1. Develop & execute Marketing plans to achieve short terms & Long term Brands objectives (Market share, volumes, consumer KPI's).
2. Develops and executes marketing strategic plans and aligns with the Marketing team to lead prompt flawless execution.
3. Prepare & monitor Brand spend plans.
4. Ensure strategic alignment between the brands global & local Strategies.
5. Aligns Marketing plan with other functions.
6. Negotiate and execute events, sponsorship, activities within AOP.
7. Develop Advertising & research agencies to support event execution and coordinate results with production dept.
8. Tracks and evaluates programs/events impact and performance.
9. Lead product innovation development.
10. Development of promotional research planning & 4 Ps management.
11. Develop volume plans by brands, regions & outlets.
12. Develop merchandising plans (Racks, Plano gram etc.)
13. Support Sales Dept. in developing trade promotions.
14. Supervise, support and develop his team to fulfill business requirement.
15. Ensures effective training to his team members to have a competitive edge.
16. Provide mentoring sessions to his direct reports when necessary.
17. Maintain good level of motivation and morale within his team members.
18. Set a career plan for his team members.
19. Lead annual operating plan (AOP) for the category.
20. Lead start-plan for the category.

1. Strong marketing background Multinational FMCG (+6 Yrs.)
2. Strong Analysis/Problem solving skills.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Team work & interpersonal skills.
5. University Graduate, MBA desirable.
