Ops Control & Support Asst Standard Chartered Bank - Singapore

This is a 12 month contract position. Location - Changi Business Park

. To answer and attend all incoming calls and walk in customers
. Receiving redemption monies from law’s firm, record and pass it to redemption deptartment before 10.30am
. Receiving incoming documents and courier bags and distribute according to respective personnels/departments 
. Receiving Cashier’s order from Disbursement department, issues receipt and call law firm to collect and consolidate the end day amount received and return to disbursement department
. Call Law Firms to inform that executed documents are ready for collection and filing of acknowledgement copies
. Receive payment fee for cashier’s order and raise PSGL entries.
. Returned Pin Mailer Process
. Mail out cashier order to IRAS for Withholding Tax Payment and send IRAS confirmation advice to customer
. Match Final Loan Statement and Letters
. End day legal documents send to vault for safekeeping 

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

. Ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards, local laws and regulations and controls and procedures of the Bank.
. Ensure compliance with controls and procedures on “Know Your Customer” and Customer Due Diligence introduced from time to time to address Money Laundering Prevention/Compliance Risk issues.
. Ensure compliance with “Guidelines and Procedures on “Know Your Customer” for Account Opening”
. Performs all tasks in accordance with the operational procedures, Key Control Standard and regulatory
. Continually provide exceptional service quality to both internal and external customers
. Liaise with channels on customers’ queries and to help resolve customer complaints and enquiries
. Providing Training and guidance to new staff
. Other ad-hoc and related duties as and when assigned 

Qualifications & Skills 

Minimum "O" Level 
Proficient in Microsoft office skills
Proficient in English and Chinese language
Experience in receptionist role is preferred
