They are now looking for someone to oversee their compliance Security Team overseeing AML and Fraud from an informational risk and technology standpoint. Desired Skills & Experience
Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute information technology strategy within the Compliance space
- Oversee leadership responsibilities and enhance compliance technology functions by collaborating with various business units
- Provide strategic reports as to pitfalls in risk methodologies and work alongside senior stakeholders to provide specific recommendations
- Participate in system enhancements for fraud and financial crimes reporting as well as participating in project forums and programs
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in financial services
- Demonstrated experience in fraud, security or operational risk
- Strong risk and controls knowledge
- Strategic mindset and ability to define directions
- Senior management exposure and ability to communicate at a high level
