DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administers Active Directory infrastructure, policies, privileged access permissions, roles, and group policies
  • Maintain, optimize, and monitoring system security - all platforms;
  • Maintain, optimize, and monitoring Exchange 2010 security- such as Public Folders and Mailbox
  • Permissions.
  • Maintain, optimize, and monitoring of business system application access and server security- such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Citrix XenApp, Siemens Team Center, Agile PLM, QAD MFG/PRO.
  • Monitor, Analyze and resolve system security violations to resolution.
  • Monitor, Analyze and resolve wired and wireless network security violations to resolution.
  • Monitor, Analyze and resolve Virus infections on servers and workstations to resolution.
  • Implement privileged and audited access to IT network systems such as passwords, confidential data, and systems.
  • Analyze system, network, and firewall logs for security violations and determine root cause and solution quickly.
  • Mitigate security vulnerabilities across all systems.
  • Perform intrusion testing on network, servers and workstations.
  • Provide account security management for end users of the systems and workstation applications.
  • Design and implement network security strategies including 802.lx, SSL, VPN and Intrusion
  • Prevention/Detection.
  • Implement and maintain approved standardized of security policies, procedures across global network routers, switches, cables, load balancers, wireless access points/controllers and all the other systems that handles corporate data.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with IT partner teams, colleagues, clients and vendors. Work with colleagues, clients, and vendors to interpret, exchange, and/or document administrative and technical information; identify strategic and tactical requirements and solutions.
  • Contribute to the delivery of medium to high complexity process and training documentation driven either individually or as part of a larger team effort.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security recommended.
  • Certificates in Computer/Network security recommended.
  • 1-3 years direct experience
  • Learning IT systems, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience with industry standard proactive problem management methodologies. Experience with root cause data analysis and pareto charts (comparative bar charts). Ability to drive workarounds and solutions for identified issues. Ability to document content (knowledge base solutions) in a clear and concise manner.
  • Extensive experience with, Active Directory, Microsoft operating systems, hardware and peripherals, troubleshooting, mobile & telecom configuration, Network & VPN configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act and FDA Compliance, Security standards, Dynamics AX, Citrix XenApp, Team Center, Agile, QAD MFG/PRO a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Learn and understand new IT security technologies
  • Normally receives general instruction on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to lift and push/pull up to 30 lbs
  • Requires ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
