Asst. Manager (Marketing Sales)

Job Location: House # 404(5th Floor), Road # 29, DOHS Mahakhali.Dhaka-1212

Qualification:

• Post graduate in any discipline /MBA from reputed local or foreign universities  /B.B.A/ Masters.
  NOTE: In case of individual with proven experience in sales or marketing or in relevant sector, Educational criteria may be relaxed.

Experience:

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in Real Estate Sector.

Salary  Range:  Negotiable - depending on suitability & experience.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Identify key customers, determine their needs and proceed to develop business.
• Conduct demand generation activities, sales planning and strategies to achieve set targets.
• Make presentation to the potential customers.
• Submit daily report to manager.
• Provide pro-active support to peers and management in building strong customer relationships.
• Manage and monitor the entire cycle from the initiation of the sales call to closing of the deal
• Create and be accountable for follow-up of all client proposals, contracts and any other related documentation
• Ability to prepare marketing report
• Team player and able to coordinate with other departments.
• Update & Reporting about existing as well as upcoming customers’ various profile.
