Job Responsibility:
- Lead & manage all passive Infra structure (Power) within the zone as per agreed SLA with customer.
- Preparing detailed cost and Total cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis of the power solutions.
- Analysis of Network data to determine the optimization approach.
- To reduce company CAPEX & OPEX and increase operational efficiency.
- Plan and organize resource requirement for project works according to BP.
- Ensure best utilization of available human, material and financial resources.
- Assess department training needs and prepare recommendation.
- Manage preparation and submission of department periodic activity reports.
- Work with team to define work processes/standards and engineering best practice.
- Establish and maintain regular communication with staff, set development objectives and give performance feedback in order to create a high performance culture within the group.
- Set targets, monitor progress and take firm corrective action when required.
- Continuously strive for greater efficiencies within the group with a view to achieving improvements across the division.
Educational Qualification :
- B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed national/ foreign university with good academic background.
Job Requirements :

- * Experience in related field minimum 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant work experience in related field out of which at least 4 years experience on Power system design and installation.
- Experience in Telecom industry will be given preference
- Knowledge about MS Office application software
- Good in verbal communication.
- Project management, including controls, planning and estimating and preparation of deliverable/work package documentation.
