Job Responsibility:
- Lead the Infrastructure Regional Operation & Maintenance team towards Operational excellence with efficient OpEx and CapEx.
- Increase the Human Capital by increasing Motivation of the team members.
- Plan, manage and coordinate power and environment works for Infrastructure Operation & Maintenance.
- Forecast CapEx and OpEx Budget, Plan for efficient usage of CapEx and OpEx.
- Ensure "all out" support to infrastructure sales team.
- Initiate, Introduce and implement various OpEx Efficiency projects and gain OpEx savings.
- Plan for gaining in revenue by introducing latest automated and green technology to increase positive gap between Revenue & CapEx and budgeted and Actual OpEx.
Educational Qualification :
- B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering from a reputed national/ foreign university with good academic background.
Job Requirements :

- * Experience in related field minimum 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience in related field
- Experience in Telecom industry will be given preference.
- Knowledge about MS Office application software.
- Good in verbal communication.
- Working within a multi-discipline engineering team and having a general appreciation of other disciplines constraints and requirements.
