Job Responsibility:
- Proactively engage with business unit leaders, managers and the organisation with a view to embedding a successful, sustainable and continuously improving Performance Management and Development Programme
- Develop and implement best practice performance management policies and processes to support the cultural embedding of a successful performance management system
- Ensures that all employees have completed Goal Setting plan at the start of the PMS cycle.
- Ensures that performance discussions are documented and implemented accordingly.
- Assist in communicating measurement standards and key performance indicators to all members of the organization.
- Monitor and verify the integrity of the data to be reported and review with manage-ment before distributing.
- Manage Performance Management and related analytical input to bring about change initiation and improvement of PMS Index.
- Perform Job Evaluation of all necessary positions and help HR Operations in comparing to potential incumbents to ensure job fit (Manager level onwards).
- Review all Organizational Structural issues and Job Description issues, including development and change management.
Educational Qualification :
- Graduation from any reputed university
- Major in Human Resources will be an added advantage
