Job Responsibility:
Provide technical supports (hardware and software) to the users of different systems. Provide nationwide remote support to End User
Perform and arrange troubleshooting as and when necessary for Laptop and Desktop and others IT equipment
Coordinate with the vendors/providers for their prompt supports
Ensure user end support on LAN, WAN & Wi-Fi architectures
Work with procurement staff to purchase hardware/software.
System Installation (for Laptop & Desktop both) for new user and ensure encryption keys and digital certificates.
Claim warranty, replacement support and ensure distribution and check critical system error and provide solution to the user
Plan and implement data archiving, backup and restore
Prepare test and development environment, Maintain user's privilege.
Prepare System Activities Report
Prepare weekly & monthly trouble ticket report from ITS system
Provide technical supports (hardware and software) to the users of different systems

Asset management in SAP systemsEducational Qualification :
B.Sc. in EEE / CSE from reputed university with Good academic backgroundJob Requirements :

2 years of experience in the relevant field
Strong knowledge on Asset Management
