SUMMARY OF ROLE: Rosemount Middle East is growing rapidly and we are now looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Jubail office. You will together with the rest of the Rosemount sales team and our Local business partner be responsible for the sales and booking growth in the Jubail area and establish Rosemount as the customers first choice for process instrumentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your tasks will include:
• Protect and grow existing business. Build positive relationships with users that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to develop them. Feedback product and capability requirements to factory.
• Develop new accounts and target competitive accounts in the assigned area or market for market share gain.
• Identify business opportunities with new sites and applications and plans to develop them.
• Assess customer requirements and pain-points and suggest appropriate solutions
• Work with central engineering functions to assist in developing instrumentation best practices and recommendations.
• Actively engage in key account development and project pursuits. In particular, focus on developing End-user preferences and differentiation strategies during initial pursuit cycle.
• Ensure efficient follow up of quotes and sales activities.
• Conduct differentiation / product seminars and/or training to internal and external customers.
• Actively follow up on customer satisfaction with delivered solutions and installed products.
• Together with Wireless specialist team develop plans to position Rosemount as the undisputed Wireless Leader
• Actively participate in developing strategic business plans together with the Regional sales team and Local Business Partners (LBP’s)

• Strong team player
• Combination of strong business acumen and customer focus

• Good technical knowledge with experience in the process control industry.
• A good communicator with the drive to build positive relationships with customers.
