Emerson have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Engineer to be part of its Remote Automation Solutions team. This role, based in Al Khobar, will support our Saudi Arabia and Bahrain operations.
In this role you will liaise with existing customers, Emerson Process Management and local business partner to closely communicate with clients, identifying leads and opportunities, developing sales strategy, transforming these opportunities to tangible requirements and supervise the process of generating the proposal against it. Professional documentation for all sales activities is expected requirement through all sales process.
You shall also be responsible to prioritize effort, gather competitive intelligence and improve customer service, consistent with divisional sales strategies and account plans. You will actively participate in managing and collaborating with local business partners in the designated territories to develop Emerson business and growing healthy sales funnel. That also includes support local business partner to produce proposals for Emerson products ensuring that they are accurate, technically verified, competitively priced, submitted on time and offer customer solutions that highlight customer business benefits.
Frequent trips within Saudi and Bahrain shall be considered as part of the job as our clients are scattered all over the area.
To be successful in this role, you should have total experience of 8 years including atleast 5 years of experience in performing sales activity preferably with a Multi National Company. You should be able to demonstrate a high level of understanding of System Process & Control, generating new business and meeting customer expectations.
Excellent English and Arabic are additional skills that you will bring to the team.
