We are looking for an experienced, creative, Global Editor with a proven track-record of writing, commissioning and managing publications to join the content team within Sightsavers. You will also have excellent copywriting skills and be able to tailor your style appropriately to write for a variety of audiences and channels, including online.
A varied and busy role, the successful applicant will manage multiple tasks and projects and be able to produce excellent written work under pressure. You will be flexible and enjoy working as part of a global team as well as with freelancers and consultants.
The successful candidate will have substantial hands-on editorial and copywriting experience for on and offline channels, as well as an eye for compelling design and photography. A proven track record in writing and commissioning on and offline content, including producing magazines and arranging photography trips, is essential.
