Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is currently seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
The M&E Advisor will contribute to the overall M&E architecture of ongoing and anticipated programs.
Other Requirements
- Advanced degree in business administration, economics, or other relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, information analysis and impact evaluation in development programs, preferably in private sector development
- Demonstrated ability to implement M&E processes that influence program implementation
- Experience with market development approaches preferred
- Experience with donor-funded projects (USAID, DFID, or AusAID)
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communications, and networking skills
